Elaine gets frustrated because she notices her medical chart says she's difficult. When she mentions it to the doctor, he just makes another note and refuses to see her. She goes all over NYC, but every doctor has a copy of her records. Jerry wants a new cd player and so Kramer breaks it and sends it through the mail trying to get the USPS to pay for the damages. George sends provocative pictures of himself to a girl who works at the photo store. Later Jerry is investigated for mail fraud.
