The Cartoon (Ep. 913)

Elaine draws a cartoon for The New Yorker, but is accused of ripping off the old Ziggy cartoons.  George dates a woman who looks eeriely like Jerry and everyone knows it.  Kramer because of problems of talking too much decides to take a vow of silence.  Jerry upsets Sally Weaver, Susan’s old college roommate, and she turns it into a one-woman Jerry hating show.
