The Maid (Ep. 919)

Jerry starts dating his maid and begins blurring the lines between dating and prostitution.  George is tired of his name and wants to be called T-Bone, but someone else at work takes it.  Later the coworkers start calling him Koko the monkey.  Kramer gets upset because his girlfriend moves downtown and out of the area code.  Elaine, upset that Kramer keeps sending faxes to her phone, changes her number, but gets the new area code also.
