Friends of Jerry and Elaine have a baby and name them godparents. This means that they are responsible for the Bris. Elaine has to find a mohel to do the circumcision and Jerry has to hold the baby during the process. George is ranting and raving about a parking space he got right in front of the building. Unfortunately, this all comes to an end when a patient commits suicide and lands right on top of his car. Kramer thinks he sees a half pig, half man in a hospital room and seeks to find out what's going on.
George tries to get the hospital to pay for the damages, but no luck. Elaine finds a mohel, but when he shows up (late) he's a little on edge yelling at everyone. Kramer tries to prevent the ceremony from happening because he thinks it's barbaric. He does the proceedure, but in the process slices Jerry's finger. Jerry said it was because he was shaking and the mohel says it was because Jerry flinched. Kramer finds the "pig-man" and takes off out of the hospital with him, but he's no pig-man. He turns out to be a con-man who instead steals George's car.
