The Junior Mint (Ep. 421)

Jerry is dating a girl, but can't remember her name. All he knows is that her name reminds with a part of the female anatomy. Elaine goes to the hospital to see a former boyfriend, Roy, who is having surgery done. She didn't like him but feels obligated to see him. When she gets there she is shocked because he has lost a good deal of weight and is attracted to him again. Kramer gets invited to sit in on the surgery and convinces Jerry to join him. During the surgery he is eating Junior Mints and offers one to Jerry which he defiantly refuses and the Junior Mint ends up landing in the body during the surgery.

After the surgery he is not doing so well and the doctor is unsure whether he's going to make it. George receives $1900 from a savings account he had as a kid and had forgotten about. He is trying to figure out a way to spend it when Elaine tells him about Roy's art and he's intrigued. He thinks it would be a great investment in case he doesn't make it through after his surgery. He buys the art and very shortly after, Roy recovers. He tells George that buying his art gave him the will to live.

Jerry's girlfriend eventually figures out that Jerry doesn't know her name and walks out. As soon as she leaves he remembers her name...Dolores.

Interesting fact: Dolores wasn't the original name they had picked out (it was Chloris), but they had asked the studio audience to guess her name and that was named. They liked that one better so they went with it.

Interesting quote: "Alright, alright, just let me finish my coffee. Then we'll go watch them slice this fat bastard up." - Jerry

Grade: A (Very disturbing, very good!)
