Kramer gets Jerry a discount on an air conditioning unit to please his new girlfriend Amy, who likes the air condition. George gets his glasses "stolen" from the health club, and Kramer says his friend can get him a discount on those as well. When they go down to the store, a man's dog bites Elaine on the leg and George thinks that he sees Jerry's cousin Jeffrey kissing Amy. Also, because he's not wearing glasses ends up selecting a pair of women's frames. He later solves this issue by switching frames with a blind man he meets outside of the health club.
Elaine goes to the hospital, but because of a misunderstanding doesn't get a shot for rabies. She then begins to suspect that she's got rabies and wants to find the guy who's dog bit her. The guy happens to be walking by Jerry's apartment and her and Jerry spot him and go down to meet him. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit is not in good and falls, landing on the guy's dog. Jerry ends up having to pay for the dog's vet bill when George inadvertantly tells the guy Jerry's address.
